To share my images,
In iPhoto, all imgs upped to my Flickr are tagged ‘flickr’
and all imgs upped to my personal site are tagged ‘share’.
Smart albums w/ tag parameters can help keep track of what you have/haven’t uploaded.
In iPhoto I installed a plug-in from dustin.li that adds the functionality to upload [through Fire > Export] directly to my Flickr, tags included.
I used FlickrSlidr to embed a Flickr-automated back-linked slideshow of all imgs tagged ‘share’ directly to the html of my site.
So my site has short, auto-updated slideshow of choice img.s that take ppl to my Flickr.
nothing new really, just streamlining the process
